Food and Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Marpole Curling Facility and Vancouver Curling Club bar and lounge.

This includes, but is not limited to, its business performance, administration (inventory, sales and profitability analysis, reports) as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety.

A major priority of this role is to support your team of Lounge Servers, Assistant Bar Managers and the Kitchen Catering Manager. You will provide supervision, constructive feedback and encourage the team to take initiatives and develop themselves professionally to better support the curling club.
