Bartender/Server

The Sutherland Curling Club is looking for friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Bartenders/Servers to help create a welcoming lounge experience for our members and guests throughout the curling season.

As part of our Lounge Team, you'll provide exceptional customer service while preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized lounge, and helping create a positive atmosphere during leagues, bonspiels, tournaments, and special events.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Process transactions using the club's point-of-sale system
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge
• Support bonspiels, tournaments, and special events

What we're looking for

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bartending or customer service experience is an asset
• Serve It Right Saskatchewan Certification (or willingness to obtain before employment)
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
• Must be 19 years of age

Position details

Term: September 2026 – April 2027 (Seasonal Casual). Compensation: $16.50/hour, plus gratuities.
