Curling Coordinator

The Burlington Golf and Country Club, one of Canada’s top private all-season golf clubs, is seeking a Curling Coordinator to oversee and maintain its curling program. Seasonal position, September – April.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between curling members/committee and Club Management
• Support league convenors with team balancing, schedule changes and disputes
• Solicit ice branding partnerships and manage the sponsorship program
• Oversee ice rentals, draw management and playoff scheduling
• Welcome and orient new curling members
• Develop program curriculum and provide curling instruction, including Jr Program
• Plan and execute bonspiels and the curling calendar
• Oversee curling volunteers

Requirements: 5+ years of curling experience, NCCP teaching credentials or prior teaching experience an asset, Vulnerable Sector clearance, 2+ years administration/customer service experience. Must be available days, evenings and weekends.
