Curling Rink Caretaker

The Clive Curling Rink is seeking a Caretaker to oversee installation and maintenance of curling ice for the season, oversee ice removal at season end, and maintain the ice plant and rink equipment.

Duties

• Opening the rink and preparing ice for regular curling, rentals, and bonspiels
• Scheduling ice rentals and overseeing renters
• Cleaning of lobby, washrooms, curling area, and walkways
• Clearing ice and snow from the rink entrance
• Periodic inspection of the building and ice plant
• Willing to take an Ice Makers course if needed
