Curling is Saskatchewanâs official sport, and CURLSASK plays a leading role in delivering high-quality championship experiences for athletes, coaches, officials, host committees, volunteers, and curling communities across the province.
CURLSASK is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and relationship-focused professional to coordinate the planning and delivery of CURLSASK sanctioned championships and events.
What Youâll Do
- Coordinate operational details for CURLSASK sanctioned championships, including entries, draws, rules, and registration systems.
- Serve as primary contact for teams entering CURLSASK championships.
- Manage championship registration, fees, and web-based registration systems.
- Support host committees with event timelines, logistics, and communications.
- Coordinate movement and maintenance of championship equipment, event inventory, and trophies.
- Build and maintain the live results platform.
- Work with the Executive Director and Chief Umpire on official assignments.
- Support provincial teams preparing for national events.
Qualifications
- Experience in event coordination, sport administration, recreation, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Experience working with volunteers, committees, or officials.
- Valid driverâs licence and willingness to travel within Saskatchewan.
